Davella Studios recently completed company’s relocation to One Columbus Circle. The 1.1 million RSF interior fit-out includes first-class offices, amenities, 400-seat auditorium and conference center for the over 5,000 person population.
The food service amenities are as follows:
Food Hall, Main Kitchen, Coffee Bar, VIP Suite with supporting executive kitchen, Conference Center with supporting catering kitchen, Sky Lobby Coffee Bar, Trading Floor Deli’s and Pop-ups, Outdoor Terrace Pop-ups and Typical Staff Hydration Stations.
