Retained by Milbank, Davella Studios assisted on a relocation project that included the interior construction fit out of approximately 257,817 RSF of office space at 55 Hudson Yards (floors 30-38). In addition to office, meeting, and support space, Milbank’s program for their new offices will include a full-service staff restaurant, including kitchen and servery, conference dining with warming pantry, barista bar and outdoor terrace with seating. FSE Budget: $2.2MM. Completed January 2019.
