Chris Cooper is a seasoned foodservice design professional with over 25 years of culinary and hospitality experience. Starting as a line cook, Chris advanced through the ranks of various independent restaurants and prestigious hotels in New York City and Long Island. He has also successfully developed and launched restaurants for multiple operators and restaurant companies.
Chris’s unique combination of hospitality design and foodservice expertise, paired with a solid foundation in marketing, product development, and manufacturing, allows him to deliver tailored solutions for clients. His designs prioritize first cost, fit, and flow alongside durability, adaptability, and ease of long-term maintenance—an approach enriched by his operational background.
With experience working alongside celebrity chefs and leading hotels, Chris has identified the key elements of successful operations. His technical and culinary knowledge has proven invaluable in realizing clients’ visions.
