Simone Pollard graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design in 2014. She brought experience from the food service industry to Davella Studios, having worked at The Melting Pot and Burger 21, where she progressed from an intern/assistant to the Interior Designer to Construction and Design Manager.

Simone transitioned to food service consulting in 2017, contributing to the production department by developing design documents, including MEP rough-ins, elevations, details, and sections. She is proficient in AutoCAD and Revit and played a pivotal role in implementing Revit as the standard production program at Davella Studios.

Since joining Davella Studios in February 2020, Simone’s responsibilities have expanded to include project management, construction administration, and developing design standards. She supports the project management team by delivering accurate and efficient design documentation, further enhancing Davella Studios’ capabilities.
