Davella Studios was retained by Hakkasan LTD to assist in bringing this world-renowned restaurant to New York City. Hakkasan is a London-based modern Chinese cuisine restaurant with two locations in London and one location in Mumbai, Abu Dhabi and Miami. The New York operation is a five-star dining establishment similar to their other global locations.
With dishes customized to make use of the best local ingredients, the restaurant serves Hakkasan’s award-wining modern Cantonese cuisine and signature cocktails, and a dim sum lunch menu is also available on weekends. Continuing to set the standard for haute Chinois design, carved teak walls and turquoise hues that evoke sea and sand infuse the décor of the space, which includes a dining area, bar and lounge.
Hakkasan is a 14,500 sq. ft. restaurant located at the ground level of 311 West 43rd Street in the Borough of Manhattan, New York. The restaurant occupies the following floors: ground floor, 11,000 sq. ft.; second floor, 1,500 sq. ft.; basement, 2,000 sq. ft.
