Davella Studios was hired by Beecher’s to bring their award-wining concept to the heart of New York City through culinary design and operational consulting. Opened in the summer of 2011, Beecher’s Cheese New York follows the same traditions that made them famous in Pike Place, Seattle. The operation houses a full-scale USDA cheese production facility that will produce the award-wining Flagship cheese. Additionally, the store will offer for retail sale 120 plus domestically produced cheeses and a full complement of domestic charcuterie and antipasti.
