Davella Studios was part of the project team for FOX’s phased re-stacking and interior renovation project. Specifically, we advised on the level of food service amenity for their 4,700 person population and conference center catering needs. We have recommended and developed designs implementing a “vertical food hall” approach by distributing food service outlets in several key locations through their stack. This approach will enable guests to seek-out unique and changing offerings on different floors creating, in essence, destination restaurants. Benefits are cross-department interaction and spreading the load of diners amongst several floors mitigating a crush of diners at one floor. Additionally, Davella Studios is facilitated an operator selection process (RFP) to find a suitable vendor to operate the food service amenity package.
