The Altria Headquarters Building is located at 6601 West Broad Street, Richmond, VA. The building was originally constructed from 1955-1958 as the international corporate headquarters for the Reynolds Metals Company. It is comprised of 4 fl oors totaling 250,328 gross square feet. In 2001 The Reynolds Metals Company gifted the property to The University of Richmond who in turned leased to Philip Morris USA in 2003. At that time extensive renovations were completed to move the PMUSA Corporate Headquarters into the facility.

Davella Studios provided programming and strategic planning to help identify the level of staff  amenity for Altria’s renovated offi ces. Working directly with both Atria’s corporate servicesgroup and BHDP Architects throughout the design process, we created a new marketplace servery concept complete with self-contained serving platforms. The Marketplace off ers the following platforms; Asian/Sushi, Made-To-Order Sandwiches and Salads, Showcase Kitchen and Grille, Hearth Pizza, Fountain Beverages. A company store featuring grab and go products is adjacent to the Marketplace and a full-service espresso bar is located in the main lobby.
