Davella Studios was part of the project team that successfully relocated Cooley LLP to 55 Hudson Yards. Cooley’s workforce and clients enjoy flagship, state-of-the-art office space among many of the biggest names in business and tech. More than 250 employees occupy 130,000 square feet across five floors near the top of the building. Davella Studios was responsible to crafting a food and beverage offer centered around the Café named SIDEBAR. Here guests are greeted by a full service barista bar experience that rivals any of the trendy retail locations across NYC of which associates have grown accustomed. For those customers pressed for time, pre-packaged items are displayed in vertical merchandisers and supported by an onsite warming kitchen. This infrastructure was also designed to support Cooley’s demanding conference catering needs that range from simple sandwich platters to intricate buffet luncheons and special events.
