Recently completed in 2016, Davella Studios advised TIME INC. on the design and development of their new headquarters offices located at 225 Liberty Street in NYC. The food service program constitutes a full-service cafeteria for 3,000 employees, catering kitchen for a 350-seat auditorium and 250-seat multi-purpose room, staff lounges and strategically located on each floor. Additionally, Davella Studios was involved in the layout and selection of a full suite of residential and commercial equipment for TIME INC’s photo and video studios to be used by various publications to test recipes and style food.
