Davella Studios was retained by Obicà to bring the “world’s first mozzarella bar” to NYC by assisting in the design of its flagship restaurant. This Roman-style restaurant, with a 120-seat dining room, places a large emphasis on eating as much mozzarella cheese as possible in as many forms as possible.
